Job summary

Plie Promotions is seeking a motivated Sales Account Manager to build relationships with dance studios, gyms, and cheer programs across the country. You will follow up quickly via phone, Zoom, email, and text, prospect new clients, and guide them to products that fit their goals, budget, and timeline.

This full‑time role offers base salary plus commission, paid travel and meals, room to grow, and a flexible, fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience contributing to company growth.
• Ability to travel to 8+ trade shows/events each year.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently.
• Organized and detail-oriented, with a self-motivated mindset.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Go High Level, HubSpot, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Follow up quickly via phone, Zoom, email, and text.
• Prospect new clients through outbound outreach.
• Help clients choose products that fit goals, budget, and timeline.
• Coordinate mockups and communicate with design/support teams.
• Manage opportunities through our CRM system.
• Stay on top of follow-ups, quotes, and production timelines.
• Collaborate with leadership to grow sales initiatives and retention.
