The Camesi Agency is seeking a Remote Sales Manager based in or near Nashua, New Hampshire, to lead client-facing sales efforts and build a long-term path into leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients.
• Present life and health insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up, education and service.
• Manage sales activities and maintain records in the CRM system.
• Track performance against sales goals and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and participate in ongoing training, role-plays and team meetings to strengthen sales skills.
• Mentor and support newer team members, helping to grow the team into leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients who have requested information and guidance.
• Present clear, easy-to-understand life and health insurance solutions tailored to each client's needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up, education, and service throughout the sales process.
• Manage sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Track individual and team performance against sales goals and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and participate in ongoing training, role-plays, and team meetings to strengthen sales skills and product knowledge.
• Mentor, coach, and support newer team members, helping to grow the team while advancing into greater leadership responsibility.

Qualifications and Attributes
