Qualifications

• Motivated, goal-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working remotely with a flexible schedule.
• Strong verbal and written communication and a consultative sales approach.
• Sales, leadership, or customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
• Willingness to obtain Life & Health license; licensing support provided.
• Reliable computer and quiet workspace for client calls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients.
• Present life and health insurance solutions tailored to clients’ needs.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and service.
• Manage sales activities and keep CRM records up to date.
• Track personal performance against sales goals and team metrics.
• Participate in training, role-plays, and meetings to sharpen skills.
• Mentor newer teammates as you progress into leadership.
