The Camesi Agency is hiring a Virtual Sales Manager to lead online insurance sales from a home office. You will conduct virtual consultations, present life and health solutions, and build lasting client relationships while tracking activity in the CRM.

No prior insurance experience is required; we provide training, licensing support, and mentorship to help you grow into leadership roles within a supportive, growth-focused brokerage.

Qualifications

• Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working remotely with a flexible schedule.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; consultative sales approach.
• Sales, leadership, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to obtain Life and Health insurance license; licensing support provided.
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet, quiet workspace for client calls.
