Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Prior sales or customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
• Willingness to obtain Life & Health insurance license; licensing support provided.

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up, education, and service throughout the sales process.
• Manage sales activities and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Track personal performance against sales goals and contribute to team performance metrics.
• Participate in ongoing training, role-plays, and team meetings to refine skills and product knowledge.
• Mentor and support newer team members as you progress into leadership roles.

Qualifications and Attributes

• Motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing a flexible schedule independently.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and a consultative sales approach.
• Prior sales, leadership, or customer service experience is beneficial but not required.
• Willingness to obtain a Life & Health insurance license; licensing support and guidance are provided.
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a quiet workspace for client calls.
