Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily transportation and distribution operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective shipments across multiple sites.

You will coordinate with suppliers, carriers and internal teams, and monitor loads using the TMS to meet budget and service goals. The ideal candidate has 2 years in logistics coordination, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and hands-on experience with SAP S4Hanna and TMS.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years' experience in logistics coordination, supply chain or transportation management.
• Experience with SAP S4Hanna and TMS is desirable.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate movement of goods across multiple locations to ensure timely deliveries.
• Communicate with suppliers, carriers and internal teams to manage schedules.
• Monitor shipments and provide updates while addressing delays.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines for transportation and handling.
• Negotiate rates with carriers to achieve cost-effective shipping.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and Plant operations to align execution.
• Review reports to identify cost, service and efficiency improvements.
• Tender inbound/outbound loads via the TMS for plants and warehouses.
