Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in insurance, financial services or sales leadership.
• Proven coaching and influencing sales professionals to drive growth and customer service.
• Ability to recruit entrepreneurs to own their own business while contributing to the organization.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
