Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH Company, is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a team from prospecting through to close, delivering superb customer service and revenue results.

The role is remote with on-site travel to the Telford, PA or Croydon, PA plants, requiring 5+ years of sales leadership in industrial environments and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. SAP or Salesforce CPQ experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales management experience in industrial or construction environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Experience with SAP or Salesforce CPQ is beneficial.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coaches a sales team to drive revenue while meeting targets.
• Oversees outside sales, estimating, and collaboration with production, engineering and transportation.
• Develops strategic sales plans and builds key customer relationships.
• Reviews market analytics for pricing and discounts.
• Ensures timely, accurate quotes tailored to customer projects.
• Communicates with internal departments to ensure seamless service.
