Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a Sales Manager based at our plant in Telford, PA. You will lead a field sales team that works with contractors to develop relationships, specify projects, and close deals while meeting revenue targets.

You will train OSRs and estimators, drive lead generation, develop strategic plans, and coordinate across engineering, purchasing, production and accounting to ensure seamless customer service and competitive pricing.

Qualifications

• Industry experience in industrial or construction environments preferred.
• 5+ years sales management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software; SAP/Salesforce CPQ beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a field sales team focused on contractors and specifiers.
• Drive revenue through prospecting, quotes, and closing deals.
• Train and mentor OSRs and estimators; improve quote accuracy.
• Develop strategic sales plans and monitor market trends.
• Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, production, and accounting for seamless service.
• Ride along with reps to strengthen relationships and capture opportunities.
