Job summary

Draeger, Inc. is seeking a Sales Executive (Workplace Infrastructure) to maximize sales in the Mid-Atlantic region, including DE, MD, DC, VA, NC, or SC. This remote role requires up to 75% travel and live within the territory.

You will manage the full sales cycle, qualify leads, present solutions, and drive quota attainment for Draeger Workplace Infrastructure products. The role reports to the Director, Business Development and offers a base salary with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years of healthcare capital equipment sales or marketing experience.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Attain sales quota in the assigned territory for commercial and government hospital business.
• Manage sales cycle from qualification to closing; implement Draeger sales programs.
• Develop sales through broad activities: leads, product positioning, quoting, and demonstrations.
• Maintain ownership of the customer through installation and in-service.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely follow-ups.
