Job summary
LHH Recruitment Solutions, a division of the Adecco Group, seeks a results-driven Sales Executive to drive new business in accounting and finance staffing across IN and KY. You will prospect, cold call, and build Fortune 500 client relationships while delivering staffing solutions and forecasting territory growth.
We offer a best-in-class remote training program, with support from a Training Manager and daily virtual coaching.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred; 5+ years of professional experience considered in lieu of a degree.
- Sales focus on accounting & finance roles in IN and KY.
- Strong time management and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and labor-law awareness.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and cold-call to generate new business.
- Cultivate client relationships and negotiate staffing solutions.
- Forecast and manage a territory with customers from Fortune 500 companies.
- Provide exceptional service and staffing solutions to meet client needs.
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to strategize staffing approaches.
