Job summary

dormakaba is seeking a remote-based Sales Representative responsible for creating demand for our products in targeted vertical markets. The role consults with customers, identifies needs, and aligns solutions with product offerings. The base salary range is $83,000–$95,000 plus incentive compensation.

Travel is 50%+, require high school diploma, 2+ years sales experience, and CRM experience. Preferred BS in Sales/Business/Marketing and knowledge of door hardware.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience.
• Travel 50% or more within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to achieve annual sales targets across product lines.
• Create demand for assigned territories.
• Grow market share: 75% existing customers, 25% new prospects.
• Build relationships with distributors, channel partners, and integrators.
• Influence standards to expand dormakaba product approvals.
