Roman Health Pharmacy LLC is seeking a driven Sales Executive to grow our B2B portfolio of HCM, PEO, payroll and HR solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and build strategic partnerships with brokers and business owners.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of B2B sales, a track record of exceeding quotas, and is self-motivated with a relationship-driven approach. Remote role with national coverage and a comprehensive compensation package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience.
• HCM, PEO, Payroll, SaaS, or related industry experience preferred.
• Strong prospecting and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and close new business.
• Sell PEO/ASO and HR solutions to business owners and executives.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close.
• Build referral partnerships with brokers and strategic partners.
• Conduct virtual and in-person presentations.
