Roman Health Pharmacy LLC is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to expand business development across Greenville and Upstate South Carolina. You will market HR outsourcing and consulting services to business owners and executives, with success measured by new client acquisition and recurring commission income.

Key duties include prospecting, building COI partnerships, giving compelling sales presentations, maintaining a CRM-driven pipeline, and coordinating with HR and implementation

• Proven B2B outside sales experience.
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
• Experience selling to: Business owners, Executives, Decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and networking.
• Identify and secure new clients for HR outsourcing and consulting services.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present and sell HR Outsourcing Services (ASO), Payroll & HR Technology Solutions, Benefits Administration Services, HR Consulting Projects, Recruiting Services.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Track opportunities, activities, and follow-up efforts.
• Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
• Represent the company at Networking events, Business functions, Community events, Industry gatherings.
• Partner with HR and implementation teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and transition.
