Job summary

Wenger Corporation is seeking a remote Sales Estimator to support our Arizona-based sales region with accurate estimates, proposals, and order documentation. As part of the sales team, you will collaborate with multiple departments to confirm scope and prepare competitive quotes, while leveraging CRM and MS Office tools.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of relevant experience, the ability to read drawings, and a willingness to learn product applications.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to learn products and applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide estimating support for contract and direct business within assigned sales regions.
• Review customer bid documents and contracts to verify project requirements and scope of work.
• Identify missing information, conflicts, and scope discrepancies before finalizing quotes or orders.
• Coordinate with other departments to obtain drawings, cost estimates, and information needed for accurate quotes and proposals.
• Provide technical information and prepare proposals to support projects in development.
• Prepare project quotes and create 20/20 drawings reflecting project requirements and pricing direction.
