Zusammenfassung

Wainwright Talent Partners seeks an Estimator to produce detailed project estimates from drawings and specs, supporting bids and scopes of work. You will work with Project Managers, Marketing and admin staff to assemble high-quality proposals.

This role requires a BS in Civil/Architectural Engineering or Construction Management and at least four years of construction experience, including two years in estimating, with a 2 days work-from-home option.

Qualifikationen

• BS degree in Civil, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• Min. 4 years construction experience with at least 2 years estimating.
• Ability to read and follow required construction documents.

Aufgaben

• Prepare detailed estimates from drawings and specs and assist bids and scopes of work.
• Process RFPs/RFQs and facilitate bidding opportunities.
• Draft, review and deliver private and public proposals.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Marketing and admin staff on proposals.
• Qualify sub-tier bids for completeness and compliance.
• Ensure bidding regulations compliance and project goals.
• Develop and coordinate presentations and proposals for clients.
• Manage multiple bids and meet deadlines.
• Operate and maintain estimating systems and software.
• Implement QA controls to minimize risk and report changes to senior management.
• Identify strategic opportunities within proposals to improve client positioning.
