Job summary

Wasserman in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Lead Estimator to drive the estimation process for signage projects. You will read architectural plans, interpret renderings, and prepare accurate bids and quotes while balancing submission workloads across the Solutions Group.

You will lead the Estimation team, coordinate with Purchasing, Design, Production, and Execution, and develop specialized reports to inform strategic planning. Flexibility for evenings or weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Corebridge, Smartsheet, ERP, and Excel is advantageous.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Estimation team and assign work.
• Review takeoffs from architectural/render drawings to estimate material and labor costs.
• Oversee manufacturing and installation estimates with cross-functional teams.
• Source vendors and manage subcontractors.
• Generate reports and data to support planning.
