Job summary

Aegis Power Systems, Inc. is seeking a Sales Engineering Manager to lead a remote team, own sales strategy, and drive technical selling across our power electronics portfolio. You will translate customer requirements into winning AC-DC and DC-DC solutions while mentoring a distributed team.

Reporting to the President, you will shape product direction, forecast sales, and coordinate with engineering and program management. Expect travel for customer visits and trade shows as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (required).
• 5+ years in marketing or sales experience (required).
• 5+ years in Military Electronic Systems sales (required).
• Experience leading or managing sales, applications, or sales engineering teams (remote leadership a plus).
• Technical understanding of power conversion (AC-DC/DC-DC) and power electronics parameters.
• Strong oral and written English communication.
• Proficiency with CRM software for lead tracking, quoting, and reporting.
• Ability to travel domestically for customer visits and trade shows (domestic).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a remote team of 4 sales engineering professionals.
• Set goals, monitor performance, and foster accountability across a distributed team.
• Build a consultative, customer-first sales culture grounded in technical excellence.
• Identify sales opportunities and contribute to strategic sales objectives.
• Define integrated AC-DC and DC-DC power solutions with engineering and customers.
• Prepare proposals, spec sheets, presentations, and quotations.
• Represent Aegis at domestic trade shows and with clients via multiple channels.
