Job summary

Engineering Search Firm Inc. seeks a Sales Engineer to drive growth in material handling and conveyor systems. You will develop and close opportunities within an assigned territory, interact with customers, conduct site visits, and deliver turnkey solutions.

The role emphasizes powered conveyor systems, with AutoCAD layout work and direct engagement with end-user customers. Remote-based US role with travel. Passport required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of conveyor sales experience; 7+ years preferred.
• Strong experience selling powered conveyor systems and material handling solutions.
• Experience selling directly to end-user customers.
• Hands-on AutoCAD experience designing and laying out conveyor systems is required.
• Strong technical sales and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow existing customer accounts within an assigned territory.
• Sell powered conveyor and material handling systems.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, presentations, and application assessments.
• Develop conveyor solutions based on customer requirements and facility layouts.
• Create and modify conveyor system layouts using AutoCAD.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
• Work with customers, vendors, and engineering teams to develop solutions.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact through project completion.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer information in CRM.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory as required.
