Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer in healthcare technology.
In-depth knowledge of one or more major EHR systems (Epic, Cerner/Oracle Health, athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, MEDITECH) including integration architecture, not just workflow familiarity.
Proven experience with patient access and engagement workflows including scheduling, intake, referral management, and patient communication platforms.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate with confidence, leverage empathy to create confidence during deal cycle.
Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team in understanding and addressing customer needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
Collaborate with product development to ensure seamless integration with existing healthcare systems.
Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure a cohesive go-to-market strategy.
