Job summary

Luma Health is seeking a Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives. You’ll guide 4–5 AEs across pipeline development, deal strategy, qualification, discovery, executive communication, and closing.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes forecast rigor, CRM hygiene, and collaboration with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to scale go-to-market efforts. Base pay range is $150k–$160k with target commissions and equity, and you can work remotely

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally healthcare tech.
• Proven coaching ability to improve AE performance.
• Strong forecasting, CRM hygiene, and quarterly planning.
• Experience applying structured sales methodologies.
• Ability to lead while getting hands-on with deals.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives (4–5 AEs).
• Drive pipeline development, deal strategy, discovery, and closing.
• Establish forecast rigor, pipeline hygiene, and deal inspection practices.
• Partner with AEs on account strategy, executive presentations, and proposals.
• Provide actionable coaching on prospecting, outreach, and objection handling.
• Use CRM data to flag risk and improve pipeline health.
• Foster a high-performance, collaborative team culture.
• Support onboarding and ramp for new AEs.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product.
