Portnox Access Layers Ltd. is seeking a skilled Sales Engineer for a fully remote role. You will translate customer needs into technical solutions, conduct compelling product demonstrations, and architect deployments that meet security requirements.

This position demands cybersecurity expertise, strong communication, and collaboration with customers and internal teams. Some travel may be required to engage with key accounts as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a sales engineering or similar technical role, preferably in cybersecurity or NAC.
• Cybersecurity experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospective customers, understanding requirements and how Portnox’s solutions address them.
• Conduct product demonstrations, showcasing features to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design and propose tailored solutions.
• Assist the sales team in responding to RFPs and providing technical input during the sales cycle.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners to understand business objectives and technical environments.
• Provide technical training and enablement to customers, partners, and internal staff.
• Communicate customer feedback to product management and engineering to inform development.
