We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a sales engineering or similar technical role, preferably in cybersecurity or NAC.
• Cybersecurity experience required.

Responsibilities

• Technical consultation to understand customer requirements and articulate how Portnox solutions address challenges.
• Conduct product demonstrations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to design tailored solutions.
• Assist the sales team in responding to RFPs and preparing technical proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners to understand objectives and environments.
• Provide technical training and enablement for customers, partners, and sales staff.
• Relay customer feedback to product management and engineering for enhancements.
