Responsibilities

• Engage customers at multiple levels from procurement to senior executives
• Develop area strategy and pursue partnerships to drive growth
• Manage application development to match customer and market needs
• Maintain robust Salesforce opportunity pipeline and up-to-date customer records
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure service, quality, and financial performance
• Forecast in partnership with SIOP lead and support customer events and communications
