Job summary

Rimini Street, Inc. is seeking a Sales Enablement Technology Analyst to join our Global Sales Enablement team.

This remote U.S.-based role reports to the VP of Global Sales Enablement and focuses on optimizing the sales technology ecosystem and AI-enabled capabilities to boost seller productivity. You will work across platforms, drive adoption, develop enablement resources, and collaborate with IT, Revenue Operations and technology providers to ensure effective use of tools and improved sales

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales enablement or related role.
• Hands-on experience supporting or driving adoption of sales technologies.
• Ability to translate technology capabilities into practical use cases.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and with collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of priority Global Sales Enablement programs and technology initiatives.
• Support and optimize the sales enablement technology ecosystem, including enablement, learning, sales productivity and AI-enabled technologies.
• Drive awareness, enablement and adoption of sales technology capabilities.
• Develop practical guidance, enablement resources and communications for sellers and managers.
• Support platform administration, configuration, testing, releases and enhancements.
• Support rollout of new technologies and integrations in partnership with teams.
• Partner with Global Sales Enablement, IT, Revenue Operations and technology providers to support implementation and issue resolution.
• Track utilization, adoption and user feedback to improve experience and value.
• Support reporting and coordination for priority enablement initiatives.
