Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 8 years of progressive experience supporting sales organizations.
• 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and complex business functions.
• Experience leading sales operations, sales enablement, revenue operations, or sales support functions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience developing and presenting executive‑level reporting and recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Experience utilizing CRM platforms, reporting tools, and sales technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall Sales Support strategy aligned with growth objectives.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to identify operational opportunities and remove barriers impacting sales performance.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure sales support effectiveness.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations, Compliance, and Technology to ensure alignment of initiatives.
