Job summary

Revvity, through ViaCord, seeks a seasoned Sales Enablement Leader to build a scalable program that drives sales effectiveness, onboarding, coaching, and performance improvements. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Finance to elevate CRM usage and training initiatives.

This remote role can require periodic travel to Waltham, MA; East Coast candidates are preferred for time-zone alignment and strong cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in sales, sales enablement, or related roles.
• 5+ years in sales training, coaching, enablement, or performance development.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sales enablement roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Onboarding programs, learning paths, certifications, and training resources for new sales hires.
• Lead sales coaching initiatives, including coaching and workshops.
• Own and maintain sales methodology, processes, and enablement playbooks.
