Revvity is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to lead a scalable enablement function and drive sales effectiveness across the organization. This remote role emphasizes onboarding, coaching, content, and performance programs to improve conversion and productivity, with occasional travel to Waltham, MA as needed.

You will partner with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Quality to implement ViaCord's Sales Excellence framework and ensure alignment with business goals and customer experience targets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years in sales, sales enablement, commercial operations, or related field.
• 5+ years in sales training, coaching, enablement, or performance development.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the sales enablement roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Establish sales competency models, certification standards, and enablement metrics.
• Design onboarding programs, learning paths, and training resources for new sales hires.
• Monitor onboarding effectiveness and time-to-productivity; ensure ongoing development.
• Lead sales coaching initiatives and drive performance improvement.
• Develop and maintain sales tools, messaging frameworks, and playbooks.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Customer Experience, and other stakeholders.
