Job summary

Contact Discovery Services is seeking a Client Development Specialist to support our sales and client development team remotely. You will assist with onboarding, CRM coordination, SOW routing, and client communications, while ensuring accurate documentation and pricing details.

The role offers growth into more direct sales or client development over time, with a focus on responsiveness, organization, and collaboration across internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years in sales support, sales operations, or client service.
• Experience with CRM, workflow, and matter-management systems preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with onboarding, documentation, CRM coordination, and follow-up.
• Prepare and route Statements of Work and related documents with sales input.
• Create client matters in QuickBase and ensure accurate rates, billing, and docs.
• Maintain Salesforce, Apollo, QuickBase records and follow-up tasks.
• Coordinate client onboarding communications and billing instructions.
• Assist with proposals, RFPs, and client presentations.
• Maintain onboarding materials and standard collateral as needed.
• Support sales templates, pricing tables, and service descriptions.
