Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support sales team with onboarding, documentation, CRM coordination, and client follow-up.
• Prepare and route SOWs and related documents; coordinate with sales reps.
• Create client matters in QuickBase with accurate details and billing.
• Maintain Salesforce, Apollo, QuickBase records; lead research and follow-ups.
• Assist with client onboarding communications and onboarding materials.
