Job summary

Contact Discovery Services LLC is seeking a Client Development Specialist to provide high-level support to our sales and client development team. This role focuses on helping top-performing sales professionals operate efficiently by supporting onboarding, sales documentation, CRM accuracy, and proposal coordination.

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and detail-oriented, comfortable working across internal teams and with external clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years in sales support, sales operations, client service, or related roles.
• Experience supporting high-performing sales or client development teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team through client onboarding, sales documentation, CRM coordination, and client-facing follow-up.
• Prepare, route, send, and upload Statements of Work and related sales documents, coordinating with sales reps.
• Create and maintain client matters or cases in QuickBase with accurate rates, billing, and documentation.
• Maintain Salesforce, Apollo, QuickBase records including lead research and follow-ups.
• Provide client and internal communication support, coordinating next steps with project management and finance.
• Support sales proposals, RFPs, client presentations, and related materials.
• Assist with client onboarding communications, including onboarding materials and security documentation.
• Coordinate with finance on billing and credit or billing adjustments when needed.
• Support updates to sales templates, pricing, and service descriptions.
• Assist with CLE coordination, conference materials, and event-related follow-up; not calendars/scheduling.
• Demonstrate curiosity and sales acumen toward future client development opportunities.
