Qualifications

• Experience with CRM, workflow, and matter-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team via onboarding, CRM coordination, and client follow-up.
• Prepare and route Statements of Work and related documents with sales input.
• Create and maintain client matters in QuickBase with accurate billing and descriptions.
• Maintain Salesforce, Apollo, QuickBase records and update leads, opportunities and tasks.
• Assist with client onboarding communications and billing coordination.
