Responsibilities

• Support the sales team through client onboarding, CRM coordination, and client-facing follow-up.
• Prepare, route, send, and upload Statements of Work and related sales documents.
• Create and maintain client matters in QuickBase and enter rates, billing, and descriptions.
• Maintain Salesforce, Apollo, and QuickBase records, including lead and opportunity updates.
• Assist with client onboarding communications and coordinating with finance on billing details.
• Support proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and related materials.
