Job summary

Minor Figures is seeking a Sales & Distribution Manager to lead retail execution, broker relationships, and distribution across the U.S. This remote role requires residence in the Western United States near a major airport, with a strong focus on flawless market execution and partner engagement.

You will oversee brokers, merchandisers, and distributors, drive quarterly and annual goals, and coordinate new product launches from planning to rollout.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of retail execution strategies and ability to drive results in diverse markets.
• Proven ability to manage brokers and distributors to meet sales goals.
• Strong organizational skills to oversee inventory and PO processes.
• Excellent ability to communicate progress and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Quick-thinking and adaptable, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with UNFI and KEHE

Responsibilities

• Oversee market execution by managing void fills and planogram compliance.
• Lead broker, distributor and merchandiser teams toward quarterly and annual goals.
• Manage distributor operations: inventory, POs, and programming.
• Educate partners and maintain ongoing education and feedback loops.
• Coordinate new product launch planning and rollout to retail.
• Serve as liaison between field and internal teams with regular progress reports.
• Travel up to 40% for events and account visits.
