Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive retail strategy aligned with Ferrara’s growth objectives and brand priorities.
• Lead six retail broker partners, fostering accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
• Deliver ROI through broker engagement, segmentation strategy, and broker scorecards.
• Drive flawless in-store execution across channels with on-shelf availability and promotional compliance.
• Establish and manage broker scorecards, conduct performance reviews, and implement corrective actions.
