Job summary

Inox Solar Americas LLC is seeking a Sales Director to lead business development and sales for U.S.-manufactured PV modules in the utility-scale market. You will drive key relationships with developers, IPPs, utilities, EPCs, and other strategic customers, and may manage two to three Sales Managers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales or related experience in solar/renewable energy.
• Proven PV equipment sales experience to utility-scale customers.
• Experience with commercial negotiations and contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct portfolio of strategic accounts and opportunities in the U.S. utility-scale solar market.
• Lead, recruit, and mentor 2–3 Sales Managers.
• Manage customer relationships from development to contract execution and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing, terms, and delivery.
