Job summary

API Heat Transfer is seeking a Sales Director - Remote to aggressively drive new business and expand into untapped markets. You will build a robust pipeline, manage independent sales reps, and close high-value deals across sectors.

This hunter role requires 10+ years of B2B technical sales experience, strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word skills, and up to 70% travel. A BS in Engineering or equivalent commercial experience with heat exchangers is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, pursue, and close new business.
• Proficiency with PC applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and operate as a field hunter.

Responsibilities

• Pursue untapped markets and major accounts within assigned territories.
• Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline with independent reps.
