Qualifications

• Proven experience leading sales efforts and achieving targets in a results-driven environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from pipeline to close.
• Strong leadership to coach teams, set goals, and drive accountability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at multiple levels.
• Solid forecasting discipline with tracked pipeline and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sales planning and execution, including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.
• Own and manage sales performance metrics, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy to support predictable revenue outcomes.
• Recruit, train, and coach sales talent while setting clear expectations, sales standards, and performance goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to expand business opportunities.
• Identify market trends, refine sales messaging, and continuously improve the sales process to increase win rates and deal velocity.
