This leadership role combines new business development with coaching a team of Account Executives, driving revenue, and shaping sales strategy. You will mentor peers, align with agency and brand stakeholders, and expand strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience selling digital advertising, media, marketing technology, or SaaS solutions.
• Existing relationships within advertising agencies or brand marketing organizations.
• Consistent history of exceeding revenue and new business goals.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading sales professionals.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and consistently exceed an individual and team revenue target.
• Develop strategic relationships with agencies, brands, and marketing decision-makers.
• Prospect, present, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while accurately forecasting revenue.
• Coach and mentor Account Executives throughout the sales process.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing sales talent.
• Foster a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, continuous learning, and performance.
• Partner with sales leadership on territory planning and growth initiatives.
