Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Sales Development or related sales roles with a history of meeting goals.
• Proven success in high-volume outbound prospecting and engaging senior decision makers.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn, sales engagement platforms, and other CRM tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication with ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment with occasional in-person events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic outbound outreach plans to support new business and pipeline growth.
• Research target accounts and decision-makers to create personalized multi-channel campaigns.
• Collaborate with Marketing to leverage campaigns and maximize lead conversion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate activity and account data in Salesforce and use prospecting tools effectively.
