Job summary

YipitData is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound client engagement in the investment space. You will identify opportunities, qualify leads, and partner with Sales to advance opportunities while collaborating with Marketing and Product to refine messaging.

This 100% hunting role is remote-friendly and can sit in NYC or anywhere in the US, with compensation linked to base salary and commissions. Strong growth path toward Sales Associate and Sales Executive.

Qualifications

1+ year in a high velocity sales environment (SDR/BDR) or similar.
Empathetic, strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence.
Self-motivated, proactive with time management.
Grit to handle rejection and persistence in outreach.
Resourceful, always finding new ways to open doors.
Coachable and eager to learn about investment professionals.

Responsibilities

Utilize outbound sales skills across cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and more.
Own inbound process by qualifying opportunities and presenting value.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, and GTM engineering to scale messaging.
Partner with Marketing to optimize conversion of opportunities.
Map organizational structures and personas across markets.
Develop skills across tools like Salesforce, Gong, Groove, and LinkedIn Navigator.
