Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking designers/sales representatives to help clients organize their homes. The role offers the flexibility of working from home with pre-set appointments near your location and complete sales and design training, no prior experience required.

This position includes a direct path to Senior Sales Designer with pay/bonus increases, a hybrid remote setup, and 12-week paid training with ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
