Job summary

Closets by Design is seeking designers/sales representatives to help clients organize their homes. The role offers a hybrid remote schedule and pre-set appointments, with no prior sales experience required and full training provided.

You’ll split time between helping clients and following up on opportunities, with support from a mentor and a flexible, home-based setup. This franchise is independently owned, and hiring decisions are made locally.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
