Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring a Design Consultant/Sales Representative to help clients organize their homes. Enjoy the flexibility of working from home with pre-set appointments and complete training provided.

No experience is necessary, and you’ll receive comprehensive sales and design training to start quickly. There is a direct track to become a Senior Sales Designer with pay/bonus increases, and a hybrid remote setup with an open, flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• Smart, outgoing, coachable candidates sought.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week sales training.
• Reliable access to a motor vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all appointments and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help clients with their home organizational needs.
