Job summary

Closets By Design is hiring Designers/Sales Representatives to help clients organize their homes. You’ll work from a hybrid setup close to home with pre-set appointments and comprehensive training, no prior experience required.

A direct path to certification and potential pay/bonus increases is available as you grow with the company. Benefits include a flexible schedule, training & development, and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• No degree or formal sales experience required; coachable candidates only.
• Must be willing to complete 12-week sales training.
• Reliable access to a vehicle with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Fully open schedule Mon to Fri and 2 Saturdays a month.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments provided by the company.
• Build rapport to understand customer organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities for design and products.
• Educate customers on our design solutions and services.
• Follow Sales Training and help residential customers with home organization needs.
