Job summary

Closets by Design is hiring designers/sales representatives who can help clients organize their homes. You will work from home with pre-set appointments and receive complete sales and design training, no experience required.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement, ongoing mentorship, and a clear path to advanced pay through progression to Senior Sales Designer. Expect to meet customers, educate on products, and close sales from residential leads.

Qualifications

• No degree, certification, or sales experience is needed.
• We are looking for coachable candidates.
• Growth mindset with willingness to complete 16-week paid sales training.
• Reliable access to Motor Vehicle, with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.
