Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in the United States seeks a Sales Analyst to drive growth through data insights for Kraft Heinz Ingredients (KHI) customers. You will manage the KHI Sales Pipeline, ensure Salesforce tracking accuracy, and report on the ZBB budget while collaborating with analysts to apply best practices.

You'll develop data-driven selling stories and reports using Clearview and Tableau to identify trends and support category initiatives, reporting to the Sales Director and National

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of analytics, sales, customer management or account management experience, preferably in a CPG company.
• Excellent planning, oral, and written communication.
• Customer-first mentality for effective customer management and selling.
• Strong analytical skills with syndicated data and category performance analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with V-lookups, Pivot Tables, and data aggregation/manipulation.

Responsibilities

• Leverage data to identify growth opportunities with Kraft Heinz Ingredients customers and drive revenue.
• Own and manage the KHI Sales Pipeline with accurate tracking and proactive communication.
• Maintain Salesforce as a reliable tool for tracking performance and pipeline trends.
• Track and report on the ZBB sales budget and ensure financial alignment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to adopt best practices and efficient workflows.
• Create customer-specific selling stories using data from multiple sources.
• Use Clearview and Tableau to design and maintain KPI reports and insights.
