Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage purchasing, order maintenance, and delivery timelines to ensure accurate and efficient order progression.
• Deliver world-class customer service through timely, professional communication with customers and internal partners via phone and email.
• Proactively communicate order status and provide updates to support a seamless customer experience.
• Manage multiple orders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on the customer and appropriate urgency.
• Support customer satisfaction by ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and timely processing of all orders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to overall service and operational efficiency.
