Body & Soul is seeking a Sales Consultant to be the front door for the brand. This is a remote, phone-based role with inbound leads only, and there is no online booking by customers. You welcome, qualify and invite women to the studio while upholding our values and ethics.

You join a small team, follow proven scripts, receive a ramp plan from day one, and are measured on paid bookings with an uncapped commission structure. This role offers a base salary plus commission with clear growth paths.

Qualifications

• Sales experience over the phone or video, selling to individuals.
• You have worked on commission before.
• Experience in a service or premium business: a studio, clinic, gallery, or premium retail.
• Experience selling phones, software, courses or information products on its own is unlikely to be enough.
• Ideally you have worked remotely before.
• You live within two hours of central London, ideally within 90 minutes.
• You can work five days a week, with weekends as part of your normal schedule.
• You are comfortable that our studio specialises in fine art nudity, and that you will talk with women about it.

Responsibilities

• Run 20 to 25 minute phone consultations with women who have enquired.
• Follow our sales process and scripts.
• Take payment on the call and get her session in the diary.
• Follow up no-shows, thinking about it and past enquiries when your calendar is light.
• Keep your pipeline and CRM notes clean so the next person can pick up without asking.
