Vita Brevis Fine Art in Colorado Springs is seeking a target-driven sales consultant to join our family-owned studio. You will present heirloom-quality portrait photography, discuss options, and guide clients through a 45-minute–hour long session-to-sale experience.

The role emphasizes script-based selling, a fast-paced environment, and a strong culture of accountability. Earn from $80,000–$120,000 with training and support in a team-oriented studio.

Responsibilities

• Present photography options (images, size, finish) to clients after photo session.
• Manage 45–60 minute appointments with back-to-back clients (up to 8/day).
• Close sales with a consultative approach; limited follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly training sessions.

Ideal Candidates

will have a background in B2C sales and experience selling from a script-based flow. This is not a position that requires chasing clients or following up on them. The ability to truly listen to a client while building rapport quickly is what will define your success.

What to expect as a sales consultant:

• Appointments are set for you - no phone time or chasing leads
• Present photography images, size, and finish options to our clients from the photo session that they just experienced
• Appointments last 45 minutes to an hour - back-to-back clients up to 8 a day
• Consultative selling environment - soft sales, no pressure
• This is a closing sales position only: 100% close rate, no follow-ups
• Weekly training meetings
• A culture of accountability where your voice is heard

The most successful Portrait Designers have the following:

• Proven experience in a sales environment
• Ability to sell from a scripted flow while maintaining authenticity

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Compensation: Base Salary $18.00 an hour + Uncapped Commission along with enticing weekly, monthly, and quarterly incentives.
• Annual Earnings Expectation: $80,000 to $120,000 PLUS! Your potential is limitless with no cap on earnings!

Full-Time 3.5 day- work Schedule:

Variable shifts, including weekends.

• Sunday - Tuesday: 8:45 AM - 7:00 PM
• Every Wednesday For Training: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
• Thursday - Saturday: 8:45 AM - 7:00 PM
